     Founded in 2002, Teraspan Technologies, Corp. has attracted a world-class

     team of high-speed ASIC design engineers and SOC firmware engineers

     focused on providing high-performance flash   card controllers, such as SD

     and MMC cards, which enable consumer product manufacturers to design

     and release diversified flash card products.

     The company was renamed to Teraspan Technologies, Corp. from Baleen

     Technologies, Corp. in June 2005 due to expansion of its sales business

     and a change of its organizational structure. An elaborative structure is

     applied in  Teraspan worldwide team. A R&D development centre was set

     up in Silicon  Valley, U.S.A. in order to develop our core technologies.

     In Taipei, Taiwan,  a sales and marketing office was established in August

     2003 for providing our  valuable clients’ business support and technical

     service. In addition, production tools and firmware customization was

     offered by offered by our software R&D  center in Hang Zhou, China.
